25 HOUR INTENSIVE TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM – THIS SPRING

Course Intention and Purpose

We are so thrilled to be offering you this unique training opportunity! As the Founder and Director of Misurka Yoga, I am frequently approached by dedicated teachers around the world who are looking for guidance and direction in teaching stiff people and even more specifically, men. I look forward to sharing this knowledge with you.

Stiff bodies require specialized technical teaching skills, and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of asana to skillfully break down poses to preparatory stages that anyone can access. This is particularly challenging in an All Levels class where you need to be able to stay in the flow of teaching without getting stalled. At the same time, as teachers we need to be able to offer enough direction and attention to keep students safe and feeling inspired!

Our intention is to provide you with the tools and language that will enable you to make yoga
truly accessible for every body.
